• No X37 and X38 service below 23rd St, buses will be detoured and operate via the Manhattan Bridge
  

  Buses will be detoured between E 23rd St at 3rd Ave in Manhattan and 3rd Ave at Flatbush Ave in Brooklyn.

  Buses also operate via 3rd Ave/Bowery making requested stops.

  For service/transfer to the [J] or [Z] train at Delancey St or [6] train at E 8th St or [L] train at E 14th St.

  Missed stops:

  E 23rd St at 3rd Ave (southbound)

  E 23rd St and 1st Ave (both directions)

  Battery Pl at Washington St (both directions)
