  Buses will run along E 57th St, Lexington Ave, E 42nd St, and 5th Ave.
  
  Buses will make temporary pick-up stops at E 57th St and Madison Ave and Lexington Ave and E 52nd St.
  
  Missed stops:
  5th Ave and W 52nd St and W 44th St
